COVID-19 UPDATES

SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY!

During these tough times of global pandemic, We are taking extreme measures to ensure complete safety of our employees and customers. All our manufacturing and warehousing facilities are being sanitized on a weekly basis. We are following mandatory health check up guidelines to check every one of our employees who are working hard to help fulfil your orders even in these hard times.

All couriers and post offices are following the guidelines provided by CDC to ensure customer safety.

We are currently able to ship worldwide from our warehouses across the United States, Europe, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Some packages might experience a minor delay due to flight cancellations and lockdown in some regions. Most packages are delivered within 7-14 business days. All necessary safety measures are being strictly followed to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. This information will be updated if there are any significant updates in future.

Currently, there is little to no evidence about transmission of the virus through packages as the virus cannot survive long enough on surfaces. However, We are working with our courier partners to take proper quarantine measures before delivering the package. (Packages are quarantined for up to 2 days at the post office before delivery) For more info on the tranmission of covid-19, refer this link: https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses

Is it safe to receive a package during coronavirus outbreak?
Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is quite low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. (Source: WHO)

Should I accept packages during coronavirus outbreak?

There is no reason to suspect that packages harbor coronavirus. Remember, this is a respiratory virus similar to the flu. We don't stop receiving packages during flu season. We should follow that same logic for the virus that causes COVID-19. (Source: https://www.health.harvard.edu/)
